Tonight is part one of what might actually be the most dramatic season of The Bachelor ever. This season has been agonizing to watch, and I’m really looking forward to finally seeing how it ends.
The Bachelor is my favorite guilty pleasure show. It’s the only reality show I watch, and I look forward to Monday nights. And then I spend Tuesday and Wednesday listening to the recap podcasts for their insight into each episode.
There are a lot of recap podcasts out there, and I’ve listened to a lot of them. But these four are my favorite Bachelor recap podcasts that I keep coming back to every week.
Emma Gray and Claire Fallon host HuffPost’s Bachelor podcast. Their snarky commentary keeps me coming back and each week. They’re not afraid to tell it like it is, especially when it comes to calling out the franchise for the way that they handle things. They always make laugh, and I thoroughly enjoy spending an hour with them every week.
Former Bachelorettes Rachel Lindsay and Becca Kufrin host the official Bachelor Nation podcast. I loved both of their seasons of The Bachelorette, and I love that they’ve been there and have the insider knowledge of how the show works. They have a lot of fun guests from the Bachelor franchise, including a recent episode with Chris Harrison.
Kay Brown and former Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise contestant Derek Peth host this recap podcast for Betches. Like with Bachelor Happy Hour, I like that Derek has some insider insight. Derek and Kay are hilarious together. They’re silly and don’t take the recap too seriously. They also always catch little things that I don’t usually notice when I watch the episode.
Juliet Litman hosts The Ringer’s bachelor podcast. She often has a weekly guest to chat with her. Sometimes it’s another person from The Ringer and others it’s a person from the Bachelor franchise. She also does a lot of great interviews and even had Peter on an episode earlier this season. Juliet is uncensored and doesn’t beat around the bush when it comes to not liking people on the show.
Do you listen to any recaps for The Bachelor or another show that you watch? What’s your favorite Bachelor recap podcast?
